Fungus Database Query for Specimen Data

Instructions

Follow the four steps below. When you have entered all the information, click on the "Submit Query" button at the bottom. To submit additional searches, click on "Reset" button, then re-enter search terms and click "Submit Query" button again.

1. Select Number of Records to Display (default=10)

2. Enter the Name of a Fungus (one or more boxes), or Skip to Geographic Locations Below

Enter one word only.
Wild card using LIKE instead of=in the first box and an * in the term in the second box can be used: LIKE Am*

Wild Card searches with * are slower than=searches

try: bohemica
Infrataxon
Common Name
try: *morel* or *milk*

Special Searches:

DNA Only Yes  Images Only Yes
Conservation Status Rare or Threatened

3. Geographic Location, Host and Habitat, or Skip if Name Entered Above

You may limit the number of records returned by your search by specifying a country, state, possession, or protectorate of the USA, or province of Canada.

States and/or Provinces of USA and Canada

Do not specify USA or Canada if State or Province is selected in box above.

USA, or other country
Try *name of country* if no result
County (select county and/or specify submitter)
Host/Habitat (use Like *bog *)
